Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out any required forms. You can fill out a New Patient form* at your first appointment, or download, complete, and bring it with you.
*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
At Dental One, we offer multiple convenient payment options. We accept payment by cash, debit and most major credit cards.
You are responsible for any amounts or co-pays not covered by insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment.

- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the appropriate location. Please notify us of any change of plans as soon as you can, so another patient can use the space in our schedule.
- Do you offer communication in different languages?
Yes, we offer communication in English and French.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days prior to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the appropriate location as soon as possible to let us know.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all our patients. You can also easily reach us via public transit.
